Describe both locations
Provide the pickup and delivery addresses, site contacts and preferred dates. Tell us about narrow gates, access restrictions and any waiting or appointment requirements.
Confirm lifting arrangements
Explain who will load and unload the cargo and what equipment is available. Truck configuration and availability must be assessed against the actual load and route before confirmation.
